The public core of the Main Street area will be a lively blend of unique retail stores, restaurants, bistros, and entertainment facilities. A variety of housing opportunities will be woven into this dynamic development to complete a full spectrum of lifestyle opportunities within a self-contained, walkable community.

The approved plan will bring an investment of 401 residential units, 70,000 square feet of medical office space, 30,000 square feet of restaurant space, 88,000 square feet of retail space, and a 400+ space privately financed and operated parking deck to the area along the north and south side of Main Street. The architecture is varied throughout the development, but has a unified look and feel, with materials carried over between buildings.
